How The Fight For Sanity Was Lost

My name is Sasha Alexandra Reneau and I draw a webcomic called Asylum Laboratories.

Both Sasha and Alexandra are my names. Sasha is a Russian nickname for Alexandra.

I am kind and loving and happy and beautiful and talented solely by the grace and goodness of God. If not for Him, I would scarcely be civilized.

I live in Los Angeles, which I am comfortable with admitting online because it narrows me down to about nine million people.

My father is a writer and my mother is a musician. 

I have an older half-sister who has settled down with a husband and a kid.

I have an older brother who makes videogames for a living.

I am no longer the youngest in the family.

I tell most people I am white.

To be politically correct, I am Russian, French-Canadian, English, Scottish, and American.

And when I say American I mean I can trace my roots back to the Revolution.

I hate my body type slightly less than I hate exercise.

I hate long walks on the beach.

I hate people who hate for stupid reasons.

I do nothing in moderation.

I have a highly addictive personality.

I am cynical unless proven cheerful.

I am terrified of people.

Acedia will be my downfall.

I like to mess around in fields I don't really understand, like acting and music and writing books.

I can hold an informed conversation with an otaku but I don't really like anime.

I want to fly planes and climb trees and drive fast cars and go roof hopping like a superhero.

I am only silent when I run out of things to say.
